License Agreement

KIDSLEARNERS.COM LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and kidslearners.com, the owner and operator of the website located at www.kidslearners.com (the “Site”). By downloading any files from the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not download any files from the Site.

  1. License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, kidslearners.com hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the files that you download from the Site (the “Files”) for your own personal projects only. You may not use the Files for any commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to selling or distributing the Files or any products or services that incorporate the Files.
  2. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights. The Files are the property of kidslearners.com and its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Files by downloading them. You may not claim ownership or authorship of the Files or any derivatives thereof. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Files without the express written consent of kidslearners.com.
  3. Termination and Revocation. kidslearners.com reserves the right to terminate or revoke your license to use the Files at any time for any reason. Upon termination or revocation of your license, you must immediately stop using the Files and destroy any copies in your possession.
  4. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE FILES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KIDSLEARNERS.COM AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KIDSLEARNERS.COM AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE FILES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Republic of India.
  6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and kidslearners.com and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  7. Waiver. The failure of kidslearners.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
