1. License Grant

KidsLearners.com grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Files strictly for:

2. Permitted Use

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share the Files in WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups, or similar platforms
• Email the Files to large groups or publish them in newsletters
• Share the digital Files in any form other than a direct link to KidsLearners.com

B. Modifying or Creating Derivatives

You may not:

• Edit, crop, alter, translate, or rewrite any File
• Remove branding, copyright marks, or website references
• Combine the Files into new worksheets or books
• Convert the Files into digital interactive versions or videos
• Claim the content as your own work

C. Commercial Use

The Files may not be:

• Sold or monetized
• Used in paid courses, memberships, or tutoring packages
• Included in printed books, eBooks, bundles, or educational kits
• Used in YouTube videos, apps, or products that generate revenue
• Distributed on marketplaces (Etsy, TeachersPayTeachers, etc.)

D. Automated or AI-related Restrictions

You may not:

• Scrape, download, or collect Files in bulk
• Use the Files for AI training, dataset creation, machine learning, or automated content generation
• Reproduce or repackage content using automated tools or AI systems

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All Files are copyrighted by KidsLearners.com and protected under international copyright laws.
You do not acquire ownership or authorship rights by downloading the Files.
All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

5. Termination

KidsLearners.com may terminate or revoke this license at any time if you violate this Agreement.
If your license is terminated, you must:

• Stop using all Files immediately
• Delete all downloaded copies from all devices and storage locations

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Files are provided “as is” without any warranties.
KidsLearners.com makes no guarantee regarding accuracy, suitability, or completeness.
KidsLearners.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Files.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in courts located in India.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement replaces any prior agreements or communications related to the use of the Files.
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining portions remain in effect.
