Let’s learn how to draw a cute caterpillar!

Caterpillar Drawing Step 1

To draw the caterpillar’s face, start by drawing a shape like this.

Now we have the shape of the caterpillar’s face!

Step 2

To draw caterpillar eyes, let’s add two small oval shapes like in the picture.

Now, let’s draw two little circles for the pupils. Be careful and fill them in with black color just like in the picture.

We have finished drawing the caterpillar’s eyes!

Step 4

Next, let’s draw the caterpillar’s mouth. Follow the picture and carefully draw a small curved line going up. Then, add small lines at the ends of the curved line just like in the picture.

Step 5

Now it’s time to draw the horns. First, draw two curved lines coming from the top of the head. Make sure they are not too straight and not too wavy. Just like in the picture!

Let’s draw some little circles on top of the lines we made for the horns!

Step 7

Next, we will draw the body of the caterpillar. To do this, draw a half-circle next to the head we drew. It should look like the picture below.

Step 8

To draw a caterpillar full body, we need to draw a few half circles one after the other. First, draw a half circle. Then, draw another half circle next to it. Continue doing this until you have drawn a few half circles in a row. I have drawn five half circles here.

Step 9

Now we are going to draw the caterpillar’s tail! To do this, draw a small half circle at the back of the caterpillar’s body, but make it a little bit different from the previous half circle.

Step 10

Next, let’s add the legs to our caterpillar. Make sure to draw them carefully, just like in the picture.
